Mental health education needs for the people facing systemic discrimination in the workplace.

Why Nursing? according to the ANA, Nursing is the protection, promotion, and optimization of health and abilities, prevention of illness and injury, facilitation of healing, alleviation of suffering through the diagnosis and treatment of human response, and advocacy in the care of individuals, families, groups, communities, and populations.

 My reason for existing

Mission:
To be the mental health education system for African American professionals age 25-40. With physical and mental complaints of adversity, systemic discrimination, and poor decision-making skills in the workplace as they seek justice through administration, law, and medicine.
 Values:
Scholar- use of the full body of nursing knowledge to transfer health information to the people to master decision-making skills and improve health outcomes.
Community- Advocate, protect, and restore the health of the individual through empowering education. Improving communities and the nation as the end result.
Communication- Address and bridge the gap of knowledge of the Christian’s role in dealing with anti-discrimination laws for bold application and consistent positive outcomes for the people.
Empathy-  Show you the negative and positive side fear, clinical depression, and pain so that you make the best-informed decisions for your life.
Transparency- Speak, write, and educate from lived and healed academic, personal, and professional experience.
Finance- To show the importance of paying yourself at least a tenth of all your income first.
Medicine- To eliminate the use of antipsychotics and antidepressants to tolerate injustices in the workplace.
Vision:
For every American to have a changed perspective on their role in eliminating death, disease, and poverty. To provide the health information needed to appropriately cope with systems of discrimination when entering the system looking for Justice.
